"One of the themes for this week that has felt very in-tuned with life right now... I heard a quote the other day, 'It always seems impossible till it's done.'
That's really important to remember, that you are really capable of doing anything you set your mind. It's a matter of - 1. Understanding what your ultimate goal is and 2. Breaking it down into bit by bit pieces that are digestible. With that, 1. Where you're at currently and 2. Helping you get there by thinking and acting like the person you want to be.
Don't get overwhelmed with the bigger goal as much as you are paying attention to understanding you can do whatever you want to do, you just have to become that person through your daily actions."
