The episode beings with 5 questions to ask yourself to root into your present truth. These 5 questions are :
- How do you want to feel?
- What is the why behind your life right now?
- What season are you in right now?
- What are you big 5 that you’re working towards in this season?
- What are your goals / what you’re working towards for the following season(s)?
Then, I move into how to prepare your schedule + the 6 areas to focus on :
- Identify who is this schedule for
- Identify the categories within your schedule.
- Put in hard dates - appointments, deadlines, schedule put in place by person involved
- Put in marked off dates, meaning dates where there is nothing on the calendar
- Root into a roadmap for each week.
- The more clarity I have around who + what is on my schedule, the more space I know I have to plan for personal + family values + goals we’re working toward
